Eads installed a three board Kentucky Wood Fence for me a couple weeks ago. It was almost 300 ft. and in 6 1/2 hrs. I had my backyard fenced in with two gates. The crew arrived on time, very professional, clean up was great and they made sure I was satisfied with my project before leaving. Eads has very good communication also. They projected a time and it was actually done a couple weeks sooner than expected. Yea! Good quality, great price and good workmanship also. I chose to NOT have them remove the dirt that is by the posts so I can use it to fill in some holes in my yard. I would recommended Eads to anyone!

Our sales person was Bernie and our installer were Josh T., Jake and Red. We were replacing our 20+ year old fence and we select the "good neighbor" style. Very good design from EADS team, perfect execution, high quality wood, perfect clean up,..... The result is better than the picture on their pamphlet. We are very happy with end product. we will recommend this company.

I had over 350 linear feet of fence installed with two gates. The install was supposed to be two days but weather had other ideas so they got it installed in one day. Crew came in, was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Beautiful fence and now my dog can run around and more importantly, we won't have to chase her around the neighborhood.

I had issues with the first install of my fence from EADS. The original contractor was in a hurry and rude. He didn't even introduce himself and he didn't like working on the weekend. The work he did wasn't very good. The entry gate looked terrible and the post weren't plumb and the fence was 1 3/8 out of square within the first 5 feet. I lost over 2 feet in original fence line which caused problems where we parked our cars. Our 6 ft gate entering our yard wasn't where it was supposed to be located, it was off by 3 feet. He tried to blame the salesman for the shortage of fence but it turned out it was his fault for not bringing extra fence panels. I contacted my salesman Fred Williams and he came out and looked at the mess and told me he was going to have to order a total rebuild on it to make it right. A couple of weeks later a nice young man named JC came out and discussed with me all of the issues I had with the install and he began to disassemble the whole fence and rebuild it the way it was supposed to be. It turned out great! I was very pleased with the company and the salesman Fred and the 2nd installer JC who made good on the deal for which we had. I would highly recommend this company for standing by its customers and not trying to blame this first install on myself.

I value structures that resemble works of art in addition to being functional and well built by professional and pleasant artisans. That's what I got from Eads Fence Company. My Salesperson Bernie K heard my ideas, adapted them to what is possible, working with me. What a pleasant and knowledgeable person. Ask for him for your next fence. My installers were Brady, Kevin and Kayla, my "A" team. Very professional and hard workers. It was hotter and more humid than usual. They were working through it all. They were prompt, conscientious with attention to detail. Another impressive aspect of Eads Fence was how the entire company worked together and treated each other with respect. Bernie K would check on his crew several times a day, making sure they were hydrated, fed. I appreciate a company who resects and cares about their crews. He made sure that I ws a satisfied customer. The office staff also were very attentive and responsive to customers, keeping them up-to date. My main office contact was Brenda Fields. The entire Eads Fence experience is one I can highly recommend Additionally, I had the EADS Decks and Pergola Division replace a deck, pergola and adjacent fence. The design was a collaboration between me, Adam the project supervisor and Steve, the master carpenter. They were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on how to make by wishes a reality. Before anything could be done, I had to get a building permit from the City of Cincinnati as the new structure deviated from the one being replaced. Thank goodness for Adam and Brittany. They helped me navigate the hurdles easily with minimal pain. Brittany and the office staffers Amanda and Joy helped with the changing of schedules, getting my questions answered and guiding me to the right people. Steve, Alex and Rob actually built my structures. Steve is an amazing carpenter. My pergola, deck and surrounding fence is so well built that even the city inspector was impressed. (See picture).
